BILLINGS, Mont. - The Wyoming Highway Patrol is reminding drivers to use caution this winter after a trooper was injured in a crash. WHP Sgt. David Wagener said at around 9 a.m. on Friday, a WHP trooper was in his vehicle at the scene of a crash on Interstate 80. Sgt. Wagener said a tractor-trailer lost control on the icy road and collided with the parked patrol car. The trooper was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. Sgt.
